Fog Light Bulb Replace

Okay...so Ive replaced my fog lights yet again and have to ask....Is there an easier way? Right know I adjust them all the way down to get the bulb and then have to readjust them after the bulb is back in........Am I missing something here? Does the cover magically snap off and I dont know it?

Yep I have found it to be a pain in the balls, so I pulled the whole light out then installed the bulb!
