throwing code P0171

hey guys my truck just started throwing this code....The only thing i have did in the last week was change the plugs and a muffler delete.... Today tho it was fine took it to get the oil changed, got there went drive it over the pit and the trans cross member hit.... came on after this but i dont see why that would matter.... any info?

check to see if theres a small leak or a lose hose clap in the intake.
