look it can be done sas with a pa body lift would have to run stand alone for the trans and whats left dont think the cluster would work after that would need hydroboost brakes also the 4bt is about 750lb dry will need some stout ass springs and with a cummins cant go wrong with nv4500-5600

...i will be very sad if im the first person to do this, .....only because i want to watch someones build to use as reference. once my little 5 banger goes though, its will be the 4bt for me. im not going to put any other engine into the truck.
