GMPartsDirect.com??

Anybody ever had any problems dealing with them? I had ordered the Upper Left-side Chrome Grille Trim that has been missing from truck. well i finally got the part on wednesday and guess what, they sent me the Upper Right-side....SOB!!

i've emailed them right away, and so far havent heard nada!

You can put whatever the item is that you're wanting in the Shopping Cart and it will automatically give you the shipping cost. I've only ordered once from them but didn't have any problems. Kinda slow though.

I dont really think they charge fair shipping costs but combined with the price of the item isn't bad. They also do not combine shipping.

HAHAHA.....shipping cost cost me 12.95, but the part was only 11.00........and to top it off, the box weight was less then 1.0lb..

I've had no issues. I only bought a Xtreme cluster from them; it was about 180 with shipping.

Some items are easier/cheaper to get from the stealership, IE HVAC resistor and harness. Those numbers were based on time and shipping cost.

i ordered some parts from them. their shipping is high to make their prices seem low...and the stuff I ordered too 6 weeks to ship. Their communication is horrible.

I am sorry we are unable to authorize returns or exchanges on *special order parts as indicated by our site and site policies as you did not verify the part number with our customer service team prior to ordering.

If you obtained your part numbers from the alternate catalog, it is not owned nor operated by us in any manner. As indicated by the full page disclaimer and the notes at the top right hand of the alternate catalog you must verify any part numbers with our customer service team prior to ordering to insure they are correct. This statement is also displayed again during the checkout process. We make every attempt to notify the customer to check with our staff prior to ordering.

When u combine shipping the dealer was only $3 higger and i'll get my stuff tommorow instead of whenever.

Only problem i had was when ordering a Bed Tent, they sent me 1 # off a Hummer Ski Rack lol. They mailed me a paid ups label and took care of me right away.
