what to make cover out of....

im wanting to make a cover to go over the compressor and tank inthe bed of my truck for my train horns but i dont know what to make so that the rain wont mess it up, id like to make it out of wood and cover it with maybe fiberglass or something easier... any thoughts?

i was prolly gonna build a tonough cover for now, but yea i was thinkin some kind of small enclosure.... i tried mounting it underneath but the kit i bought, the leader hose on the comp is really short and hard to mount seperatly from the tank (it came mounted on the tank)
