Both look awesome! I'll try to come up with another style of it then. Lol, but I couldn't go wrong with either one.

I'm assuming since most of y'all are saying you've had your parts dipped for a while, it holds up well to washes? Is it recommended to buy the kind they sell on dipyourcar.com or just anything will do?

I think he was talking about the cheap plastic chrome on the grill.

Plastidip on Chrome bumpers

If you're referring to me I wasn't talking about the grill. That's just all I've done so far. I was talking about the bumpers.

Re: Plastidip on Chrome bumpers

I have had my bumpers done but either fl has some big bugs or I didn't put it on thick enough. Maybe I will try coating it with clear. Anyone try painting with another paint on top of it? I did a test run and the paint seemed to make the plastidip wrinkle.

Re: Plastidip on Chrome bumpers

What do you mean? It's just white plasti dip, wash/clean the wheels like normal but then mix a solution of alcohol and water and put some on a towel and clean it. Don't oversaturate the towel, just enough to wipe down the wheels.

The white is a less popular color so I had to order them online from homedepot at $48 a 6 pack
