I have none of that on my oil cap or dipstick. What oil do you use?

mobil1 all time but last time..10w30.. wrong 5liters

That's not coolant mixed in. That's just from using the wrong oil. These engines never blow head gaskets.

Coolant level are fine. Probably oil. Its first time i put other grade on it.
And the milky on oilcap dont have odor of coolant to

Duh. 10w is too thick when the engine is cold so the oil is being whipped up into that nasty goo that's on the bottom of his oil cap. My oil cap has fresh and shiny oil on its bottom side and I've had the turbo on my truck for roughly 4k miles. No issues.

Or condensation because low temp in quebec.. previous days have alot humidity in air..

It's a mixture of oil and condensation so you are correct. Once the engine gets to normal operating temperature, the condensation will evaporate.

But without it being actively being pulled out and replaced with "fresh" air its not going to evacuate the moisture out. Its just going to boil and re condensate on the "cool" parts
