That's how mine looks but allot cleaner since I got the flat LS2 intake and the alternator is on top as well. Guess now I wont be the only one with a 5.3 but I will be the only in a single cab 5.3

looks like they have made a lot of updates to the 09. stabilitrak option is nice and i like the fact that they come with color matched doors handles with a touch of chrome, not really feelin the v8 badge imo.oh and the 5.3 is pretty sweet too lol

I really like the roll pan on the cruz.

and while I like the new sportzq8treme its just to fucking expensive to ever be a "player" in the "game" ..

i dunno about this 5.3........

looks a little shitty to me.....everywhere you look there's peeling electrical tape, plastic wire looms, and the most god awful intake. i understand you could swap the intake but the whole engine looks a bit shoddy and fucking half-assed. at least include an engine cover to hide that mess.

if i was to want a colorado with a v-8, i'd rather use the money and have that LS1 guy do it with a better engine. seems to me his quality of work is miles ahead of GM.
