Dumb BelTech's

In less than 6 months they are bottoming out. the front tires are hitting the top of the
inner fender wells over medium pot holes and speed bumps. I have replaced the bump stops
with 1/2" aftermarket one's so it doesn't hit the frame hard. I had removed the factory
bump stops when i lowered it because it hit them all the time. I am going to switch to the
BelTech adj shocks and my factory ZQ8 springs with 1/2 a coil cut off.

no warranty that i know of. I will just trash them i guess. they are not for a V8, I don't
care what BelTech says.

before you trash them why dont you see if anyone wants them.

im running my stock springs witch are the zq8 with the belltech adj shocks, lowered to 2" in the front and im running the stock zq8 wheels with a 245/45/17 tire and i rub the inner fender on medium bumps. you can always pull the fender liner out.

I thought of putting a set of QAL1's on, but i don't want to put that much money in the
truck at this time. I have work that has to be done on my house this spring. and i am
rebuilding the motor in my Harley right now. riding season is just around the corner.
I already have the BelTech adj struts. I bought them last year when i started the lowering
project in case i needed them and i have my original springs.

My fronts havent bottomed out, have all the spacers they come with on it. The leafs are fucked.

Do you think its the shocks up front that make it ride like crap or the springs? Because ive been looking into buying those adj shocks for the front

I'm butthurt when I went to buy my belltech stuff they didn't have coilovers listed for my truck. Then I found out they had them weeks later.
