It works perfect. If I was a crew cab I wouldn't bother with a light bar that far back; the spread would suck and it looks terrible. With an extended cab I just needed to adjust the height which I can do with my mounting tabs (since they rotate). So with a regular cab you could probably get away with a lower set height if you don't go the adjustable route. The cut off for the light bar is right where my headlights taper off, so it's perfect.

all the info is in the "for sale" thread here, it is a kit, you weld up your self, or he may weld it for you for a fee, but shipping will be much higher they are CNC robotically cut with a plasma cutter, they are $275.00 his contact info is on page 2 of the thread.

no, none at all, but my wheels are +30 offset I believe they recommend +35 offset if you are going to run a 285 tire. but my 265's do fine with only 30 offset

the tires are goodyear duratrac 265/70/17s the tires are great, no real road noise but a nice aggressive look. as for a lift, I cranked the torsion bars up 2.75 inches, with 2 inch lift shackles in the rear, then a 1 inch "hockey puck" body lift, (there is a "how to" on here for how to do that using hockey pucks) above when I said I lifted the front 2.75 inches, ,that depends on the year model of the truck, the 2010 and newer truck came a half inch precranked higher in the front, my truck is a 2012 and I actually cranked the front 2 and 3/16th inches up, but to get the same height on a 2009 or older truck you would have to crank about 23/4 inches, make sense?
