Gain set to an exact 54.7 volts (7 on the gain dial, all boosts at 0, all settings on HU are negative as far as they can go.)
Big 3 upgraded to 0 gauge (stacked on factory wiring)
0 gauge all the way back on power and grounds.
200 amp fuse from alternator to battery.
150 amp 8 inches from battery on the main power line, and 8 inches from the amp's power inlet on the other end of the line is another 150 amp fuse.
All electronics have their own power and ground lines. All grounds end at the amplifiers 6" long ground wire. Grounds had all paint removed, bite washers installed, corrosion inhibitor applied at contact points and factory matched paint reapplied over top. I have been accused of being a little anal...... :( Better safe than sorry I say.
