If you see a pic you want to post that is already hosted you can:

RIGHT CLICK on it
then
Click "Copy Image Location"
then
Click the little mountain. yellow box in the top of the new post box's
then
when that box opens click paste and it will paste the link in there and automatically put the IMG codes on the pic for ya
