Product
Hunter GSP9700 Road Force Wheel Balancing

Project Description
After I purchased my new wheels, I had my wheels mounted with a conventional wheel balancer, I experienced excessive wheel vibrations at highway speeds. Frustrated that I may have defective wheels I called a mechanic friend which he suggested that I have my wheels "Road Force Wheel Balanced". I then searched and found a local tire shop that had the Hunter GSP9700 Road Force Wheel Balancing machine. I paid $24.95 a wheel for a total of $99.80 for all 4 wheels. The final results were well worth the money.

The downside of this type of wheel balancing is that it should be done on an average of every 6 months to a year to maintain the wheel calibration. At the end of this product review you will see the vehicle wheel summary. The Calibrated test results of my 4 wheels. Look at the "BEFORE" and "CURRENT" data. Each tire has different air pressure for the precise wheel balance. Not only is the wheels balanced but are calibibrated to location, FL, FR, RL and RR position.

MSRP
$25/wheel

Re: Review: Hunter GSP9700 Road Force Wheel Balancing

They are a nice machine and they can tell you where they want the tire mounted on the vehicle as well. Very easy to use as well.
