Hotel Booking:
20 rooms blocked off for this meet. Must give them the group name and the weekend.
Our group name is "South East Truck" or "South East Truck 355 Group" and the weekend is of course Oct 22 & 23.
The rate rate is $66.11/night which includes state and hotel tax.
Book with a credit card. You have until September 20, 2010 to book a room under our group. If you do not book by then, you're on your own. Additional rooms not reserved will be turned back over to the hotel by this date.
Can cancel individual rooms up to 48 hrs in advance without being penalized (Wednesday before 4pm).
Responsible behavior is expected in the parking lot and inside your room. If any damages occur you will be responsible for the cost of any damages plus a 10% hotel service fee.

Other Costs:
$8 per day to enter the park (collected at the gate to enter)
$10 to cover the cost of food and non alcoholic drinks Saturday afternoon/evening. You will also get a raffle ticket and a chance to win door prizes and sponsor donated items. To increase your chances of winning prizes, additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the meet for $5 each. All money left over will be donated to the Nation for support of this great forum!

Meet Info:
The meet will be in the early afternoon of Saturday the 23th, start time - 1 pm. If you are attending on Saturday only, meet us at the hotel in the morning to get in the caravan to the park.

DISCLAIMER.....There is mention of alcohol above and below. Neither myself nor any of the forums owners, supporters, vendors, moderators, etc. can nor will be responsible for any of your actions at or after the meet if alcohol is involved. Please drink responsibly (DOT)period!

The location has new tables, lots of parking, close restrooms (across the street) and alcohol (no glass) is allowed in this area of the park. We will need to bring our own grills and shelter. Glass beverages not allowed in the park. The small town nearby (~10 minute drive @ ~3 miles) has the standard small fast food restaurants, a couple fancier restaurants, a movie theater and a Target store. Search the google map link above for additional details of the surrounding area.

will be Friday the 22nd.to sunday the 24th......most show up on Friday to start the partying/meet and greet,actual meet is Saturday......

2010 SESM is 22-24 with the actual meet on the 23rd. 10th was the 2009 meet. missed one I was suppose to edit but it has been corrected.

Hotel is set up and the first room (mine) has been reserved. Please post in the 2010 SESM - Attendance List thread when you book a room so I can keep track of the number of rooms we have. Thanks - Steve.

Just watched the video from 09, and now I really want to be there! I'm glad to be a member on The Nation and look forward to meeting others from the south east I will try to make vacation and hotel arrangements ASAP!
