Well on Saturday I headed up to Daytona Beach, FL for a daycation with the family. I met up with Bobby (bjonas71) for a little bit and to hang out.

Then we got lunch and hit the beach. It was surprisingly empty for how nice the weather was, which made it great for taking photos.

Well as I was working on my brother-in-laws Sierra, I moved my toolbox to get something and ended up having to move the truck later on, forgetting that I moved the toolbox. I backed up and snapped the mirror off. Luckily it only broke the mount, and I ordered a new set of mounting plates from @carid. Second time that I snapped off this mirror.

Nice to hear that was an easy fix for you. Everything worked out great?

@carid Definitely! I ordered the plates on my phone while standing over the broken pieces in my garage. 2 days later the new plates came in and I was good to go! Thanks again for the awesome customer service, and quick shipping!

Also thanks for checking in

I have been away for some time now, new job had me real busy for a while, time for some an update.

I sold the truck mid May 2017, the owner lives in central Georgia so it might be seen around that area. I don't keep contact with the new owner so I have no idea whats going on with it. A couple of weeks later I picked up a 2012 Silverado 1500 LT Z71 4x4 crew cab, black granite metallic in color, had 40k miles (~48k now). With the growing family and toys, I needed more room and more power. I will post pics shortly when I can.
