Hello all. Thanks for having me. I am starting a new build utilizing a LS2 I have on hand. Picked up a non-running 2006 single cab, short bed, 2wd, manual Colorado from Georgia on a Copart auction. Had it shipped here to Illinois and am tearing into it.
So far the build list includes but is not limited too
-LS2 with TSP Stg3 high lift truck cam. May swap for an MS3 b4 instalation.

@spaddman Thanks for the welcome. I hope the trans will last a while. Fabbot has made 882hp on the dyno through one of these. I should be making roughly 425-450 at the tires. Fingers crossed. If it breaks, I will be exploring used t56s and CD009s.

Got some most of the interior put back together today. Also installed a new Pioneer head unit and some Kicker CS series speakers. Kilmat was laid down on the cab floor, back of the cab and inside of the doors.

Love the color on your truck, reminds me of ZR1 Jet Stream Blue. How wide of a tire are you trying to fit? My 18x9s on a 0 offset have plenty of room between the frame yet. You could likely get away with a 10in wide and a 305 with out modification.

@GTSDart340 h3 interior is a great affordable upgraded. My plan for the shifter is to cut it in half and weld a section of pipe in between to center it in the h3 center console. Hopefully the throw isn't to dramatic.

I was going to spring for the Fabbot unit but decided to give this a try first. Let us know how you like it.

@GTSDart340 that's a good idea, I'll probably do that. Should snug it up to the dash nicely too.

Got some new meat on the wheels today! Ended up with a 275/40r18 rear and a 245/40r18 front. Nitto NT555 G2 tread. Should work well, also look pretty good imo. Have to order lug nuts b4 I throw them on.
