I just paid $19800 for my 12 crew 4wd Z71, same color, leather power heated seats. step bars, bed cover. About same mileage. But the owner was a smoker!

Looking to see what I can get out of my truck here before I trade it in for a new one. Looking to get in the ball park of $18,500 Here's the details.
2009 colorado crew cab 5.3l v8 64,000 miles
Exterior:
Inferno orange metallic
SS front bumper cover (needs repainting)
Goodmark cowl hood
SS mirrors (stock mirrors included)
SS roll pan (second SS rollpan included)
Will also include an aftermarket chrome grill I have in the garage
LED tail lights
SuperMod sequential led directionals
Soft trifold bed cover
Bed Rug
Tailgate has dent but I will have it fixed before sale if you want.
Interior:
Tan leather power and heated seats
Black suede door panel inserts (front driver side needs to be done, I have the fabric)
Body color air vents and radio bezel
Pioneer touch screen DVD navi etc.
Alpine type R and type S door speekers
2 10" pioneer subs under rear seat
Brand new black carpet (not yet installed)
LED gage cluster (by SuperMod)
LED hvac controls, headlight switch, and traction control/airbag indicators (by captain rab) (headlight switch and traction control/airbag need to be redone)
Suspension:
Stock zq8 height
Bilstein front struts with newer stock coil springs
Belltech street performance rear shocks
Belltech front and rear sway bars
Brand new drilled and slotted rotors and new pads

I think you can get more than what you're asking, of course I paid more for mine since it was bought from the stealership. Mine had 19,000 more miles on it too!
