My 2017 Canyon has significant slippage at 31K miles and although subtle in nature, it is constant as I accelerate from 35 to 55. Sounds like a "light" rumbling. DOES ANYONE else have this issue so far? DOES ANYONE know of a bulletin or alert that GMC is not fully disclosing to the public to hide this issue? Need help.

Why not just see your reputable dealer? Truck still under warranty correct? Slipping trans should be showing a check engine light

IT TURNS OUT....it was a bad torque converter. GM and Ford since 2016 have SHRUNK the size and lessened the quality in a teaming effort (OH GREAT) to reduce wt. and emissions. But mechanic said, more problems on the way due to this......yes they are replacing it this week, but I think I will get rid of my GMC Canyon NOW before things get worse.
