Hello currently swapping my 2010 gmc canyon with 3.7 to a 5.3 LS. The secondary air pump that is used for emissions (smog pump) Do I need that with the 5.3 or no?
Also does anyone have a link to where I can find body mounts or just the body mount bolts? No auto store around me can get them and I'm having a hard time finding them online.

The 5.3 engine does not use the Secondary Air System. At least not in these trucks.

I can't find a source for just the body bolts. Looks like GM sells the bolts attached to the lower cushions and they aren't giving them away.

Starting at the forward position:
Pos 1: 15241187
Pos 2: 15241188
Pos 3: 15241187
Pos 4: 15241187 (Crew Cab)

One source is gmpartsgiant.com. I'm sure there are others.

This is correct. The bolts are a part of the lower mount.

a lot depends on your state!! are there inspections or emission testing??
