You did 3in leafs in the back? Yes you will be close to the large bumpstop, just take it out.

By lip u mean bottom of xtreme flare? Or bumper cover

How do you break a lowering block?

Probably aluminum ones that corrode over time from contacting steel and salt.

Ehhh idk about that. I have had my 3" aluminum blocks for 4 years now. They are holding up amazing and I live in PA where they use a stupid amount of salt. I'll just say that my frame is Rusting out and so are my rockers but the blocks are fine. Now the u bolts are another story.
