Anyone else had this problem?

I've searched around on here and haven't found anything but I was wondering if maybe my LEDs for my halos are out or wiring issue. I have re wired it several times and no changes. But the halo part is the only part that doesn't work on the driver side. It use to but for awhile now it won't cut on. Any ideas?
