I would let it go for 100 shipped.

I know I lost some of the screws and nuts taking it out, but I have like 2 so you can go to Lowes or a hardware store and match them you only need 6. I need to find the part that attaches to the bed sides. I will look for a bit today before I head to the beach.

Found the brackets, as I said I only have a couple of the bolts but should easily be able to match them. Let me know if you want it.
