Howdy 355 Nation! I have a 2010 Crew Cab Colorado with 2.9L. Have owned the truck for a little over a year. Bought it with 102K and currently @107K so it doesn't get alot of miles(yet). Have searched threads over last year for a few tips and tricks which have been very helpful. Truck just underwent complete timing chain replacement with all associated parts and also has new exhaust manifold with cat, also new set of Bilstein shocks and struts. it now runs and drives great and I'm looking forward to learning more about my truck from this site!

Welcome to 355Nation.
When my 2010 Colorado CC got to 100k miles I really started noticing how bumps in the road were resonating thru the cab. The dealer installed pin-stripping showed the cab had dropped a 1/4" or more when compared to the bed, which is solid mount to frame. I had all the body-to-frame isolators (top/bottom) replaced and it brought the truck back to that new solid feel. Mechanic said they all had collapsed and 3 were metal-to-metal which transferred the jarring into the cab. Plus, the pin-stripping lined back up again.
