body mount removal!

i rub on my body mount and i need one of you proffesionals to point me where i can see some pics of them being cut back please!

Just saw there weren't many pics in that one...thought that was the post I referenced...
You can buy plates to reinforce it once they're cut too...it's in the vendor section.

I found a big stash of mud crammed in there the last time I had to cut it back.I run mine unplated now so I can clean out the mud after a "outing" with the truck

You think its strong enough to be left without a plate on it ?

That's why I cut mine lol
yeah the crew cabs have what 6 cab mounts including the ones way up front by the bumper so the weight is spread out pretty well

I never plated my and left them open and never had issues!
Mine are open. Zero issues :)
