Tool guys like Mac Snap on and Lisle make a tool that pulls the w spring out and holds it while u do ur thing and also a spring compressor for those e-brake springs and either one or both make the job hella easier. The W spring tools like 38 bucks saves ur fingers from bleeding all over the place wen ur screw driver or vise grips slip lmao. Yeah i got 29k and its time for new shoes these trucks eat em up i work for chevy and if ur gettin over 30k on shoes ur doin good lol normally we see them at like 24-28k
