So I put a new front passenger wheel hub on, I made the mistake of disconnecting my caliper, and after I bled the brakes they were fine. About 12hes later they’re very spongy and I can’t figure out why. I also haven’t connected the abs cable yet

Make sure that you replaced the TWO copper washers if you disconnected the line at the caliper . Did the master cylinder become empty while the caliper was disconnected ? Check for any obvious leak and bleed again .
