Bright as day *Fixed*

Well, I was able to get a set of 8k HID's for $40 from Pat ('Ranger') He is selling his silverado for an 07 and I was able to get these, I LOVE THEM!




I have the compare pictures (one stock/one hid) on my other camera

Yea, he is getting either a 07 Silverado or a 08..

For $40, I could not say no... Ive wanted to do this, but could not spend $100 on it... I suggest this conversion to anyone! Its my second favorite mod (After my side markerS)
Once you go HIDs youll never wanna go back, I bet you if you put the stock bulbs back on, youll feel like youre blind and cant see anything on the road. I had to do that previously. :lmao:

Another cheap way to get more light is to buy a set of highbeam bulbs ( 9005 if I remember correctly ), shave down the plastic pin that keeps the lowbeam socket from plugging into the bulb, and slap them into your lowbeam slot. 1700 lumens instead of 1000.
