@WDEagle Don't worry! If it isn't I'll give you your money back but I see absolutely no reason it won't be.

Bah. I'm not worried about the money ... I have money. I don't have beer ... I need beer. :D
Fermentation has slowed down and the current plan is to bottle it up tonight! Then it will need to condition for at least a week before being refrigerated. This WILL be ready for the meet!
Things didn't go as planned yesterday so Today is bottling day!
Bottling completed last night. Unfortunately the batch came out a bit small, closer to 40 bottles. Now to let the beer condition before the meet, one month away!

Can't wait to try this beer.
Got a bottle of this in the fridge that I am going to take out and taste test tonight!

Just making that beer already has you horizontal. Imagine what it will be like when you actually drink some of it. :th_woot:

haha. The alcohol content should be somewhere around 5-6% so while not super strong they are decent.
So how does it taste?????

I think you need a New England'er to taste test it though :run:

haha I ended up not drinking one last night, got side tracked with other stuff but I plan to drink it tonight and I'll report back the results.

You want one? I'm sure we can figure out a way to get you one... lol
I never turn down the opportunity to do a beer tasting....... and its a 355 brew too

@1BADI5 I don't know what the logistics are for shipping a glass bottle of beer... or we could see about caravaning one up.
BTW...enjoyed a bottle at lunch today. It is delicious. Not as sweet as my last Banana Bread batch but very good.
