Bah. I'm not worried about the money ... I have money. I don't have beer ... I need beer.

Fermentation has slowed down and the current plan is to bottle it up tonight! Then it will need to condition for at least a week before being refrigerated. This WILL be ready for the meet!

Things didn't go as planned yesterday so Today is bottling day!

Can't wait to try this beer.

Got a bottle of this in the fridge that I am going to take out and taste test tonight!

haha. The alcohol content should be somewhere around 5-6% so while not super strong they are decent.

So how does it taste?????

haha I ended up not drinking one last night, got side tracked with other stuff but I plan to drink it tonight and I'll report back the results.

You want one? I'm sure we can figure out a way to get you one... lol

I never turn down the opportunity to do a beer tasting....... and its a 355 brew too

@1BADI5 I don't know what the logistics are for shipping a glass bottle of beer... or we could see about caravaning one up.

BTW...enjoyed a bottle at lunch today. It is delicious. Not as sweet as my last Banana Bread batch but very good.
