i've seen some colorados that have those chrome rings around the factory tweets hole......anybody know where i can find them at?

2007-2008 had them on there.

You can get just the rings on eBay but the correct way to go is to get the 07-08 door panels with better arm padding and darker color, the panels come with new tweets installed and ready to plug in with the chrome rings already glued on.

I could not find any for the Colorado. Only for HHR and Hummer.
Are they the same??

Highly doubt it unless you mean just the rings... You could order then through the dealer or just keep searching
