Ok got Free set of coaxial speakers, the truck has factory component setup. If I did decide to use just coaxial would I have to run new wires? disconnect from the factory crossover?

Nope. Just cut the factory plug off the end of the wire and wire up. Or get a harness to fit the factory wire and plug it in.

There is no crossover, the tweet is wired separately.
