Hey all.
Current H3 owner here from TN. Joined to do a little research on these trucks. I have dibs on a family friend's 05 crewcab Z71. The "How-To's" and "What works" I've read on here so far has me talked into it. Just need to sell mine soon to finance the transition. Anyways, there"s my intro. I'll just be browsing in the meantime. Will update when I become an official owner.

you want to go from an H3 to a colorado?

besides the outside they are almost 100% the same. same motor, same dash, same seats, same consoles.. etc

keep what you have, you'll be happier.

Don't get me wrong. I love my Hummer. Just in need of a truck. In fact we have two H3's. The gf has one too. So there will still be one in the driveway. My thoughts were that the colorado still offers a lot of what I like about my current truck. It just seems to fit. Budget wise, costs of ownership, aftermarket goodies, etc...

Dipped the middle part of the grill. Need to order some new lights.

I'm a less is more kind of guy so I pulled the steps, bug guard and vent shades off.
Windows are a little on the purple side so a trip to the tint shop will be scheduled soon.
