I have the 60/40 front bench with driver lumbar, and armrest Coverking Neosupreme Seat Covers. They're red/black and in great condition. I only had them on for around 3-4 months so there are no tears or stains, but had to take em off because I totaled my truck. They're from a 2005 Ext Cab but I'm sure they'll fit any year 60/40 bench seats. I don't have any pictures because they're currently packed up. I'm asking $100 + Shipping. I think you can go without the fold down console. Because that piece of the cover is separate. I'll try to take pictures tomorrow.
