Oddest thing happened, on a 10 degree morning the other day, the engine made a half turn then I got clicking AND dinging. Ironically, on the 2nd try it cranked more and started. I had a number of bulbs burned out in the radio that are now working. Any idea why?

I'd replace your battery if it struggled once already.

Try taking notice the next time you start up and listen for a slow crank compared to what you think it should be like. We always get used to the starter turning over slower over a long period of time so it always seems normal until we finally replace it.

No, no idea why your bulbs are working now though.
