Ok finally have the money for a header. Ottp or JTR, my questions are over qaulity. I know OTTP left a bad taste here. But any complaints ? Warped flanges? Cracks over time ? How well does the ceramic hold up on the jtr header?

OTTP flange needed to be modified to fit on the block.

what did you have to do ? Im not finding an 02 sensor extension that will work theres a divider that doesnt match up on are up stream sensor.

There is also OBX headers. I dont have one but some on here do.

Ok mind you im only a 2.8 should have said that first. I just looked over obx and couldnt find a colorado header?

U can get OBX on ebay but I dont know if they make one for the 4 cylinder.

No complaints with the OTTP header on my 2.9. Best mod so far and even better with a tune.

Ok finally have the money for a header...

im sure there has got to be a custom header maker there in ohio that can make you a custom one off header for your truck for similiar pricing as the ones 'listed' for the 355s.

and even cheaper for a turbo manifold.

i built my own header for about 110 dollars. granted its not coated or anything cool like that, but its built to my truck. not sure if you can weld, but if you have some buddies who do, its a fun project that should take a day or two at the max
