i saw a 2012 v8 colorado addvertized as flex fuel. Is it really or not? i know the 2011 was not. yes i did a search on this forum and still don`t know. thanks for the info

As for the engine? Yes. Everything that carries the fuel to it, no. You have to upgrade the fuel pump, fuel lines, rails, injectors and possibly more. Is your gas cap yellow? If it is then yes.

I have a '12 and the gas cap is black and I have no badging saying its flex fuel like the fullsizes do.

They are not flex fuel unless modified.
