I was just goofing off guys there's no way in hell I'm lowering the truck again! I'm in the market for an engine right now. I'm trying to get in touch with Reuben (Buddy) to buy his engine but can't get him to txt or call back. :shrug:

I really want a 3.7 out of a 2007 truck but they want $1500+ for engines with 150K miles or more
Kinda set on an i5 just for the reason that this is my daily and I need to be done within a day or so with the swap. Swapping both engine and trans as a unit would be simple and take only a few hours and then load a tune

I say do the V8, but then again I completely agree on the simplicity of swapping in another 5 banger.

That is my dilemma man. Add in the fact that I love the sound of and how unique the 5 cylinder is. But then V8 sound and power, oh yeah.

Well, since I do finally plan on keeping the truck, I want to do a V8 swap eventually. I GOT IT!!! I can tear out my 3.5L, @GeorgiaBoy can take that and I'll do the V8 swap!

Ok well let's go ahead and get your engine ordered so I can get down there to swap.
I've called, txt and email Buddy with no reply so I guess he doesn't have the engine anymore. There goes my cheap $300 engine upgrade :hulk:

Motor is back on fellas! Hopefully I can pick it up tomorrow or Monday!
I was bored and we were slow at work so I hooked up the lights on the Bullmaxx today. They're wired into my same relay for the fogs since I'll be removing them soon. The round lights will be gone in a few days for an upgrade

So have you already ordered a light bar? If not, the one that mwcky mark and I both have has adjustable bottom mounts and will not require you to drill any new holes.

I actually did two days ago. I should have it on Monday hopefully. I picked up a 22" 280W combo spot and floods light. Picked it up off eBay with a 5 year warranty
I'm gunna probably get some straps to go around the bars so I don't drill them or I may just drill some holes worse case scenario

I've really got to get better at updating this thread more often but anyways on to the updates!
Picked up some light mounts for my new led bar for the bumper as well as my pods I plan to mount on the fenders.

Decided to wire up some switches into a head liner console from a Silverado I picked up. Wired up my relay switchboard and started running wiring.
