I have a 2015 GMC canyon slt with a 3.6 liter engine. My truck has 108,000 miles on it. It ran fine then one day the check engine light came on flashing. i pulled over, turned the truck off, and started it back. Everything was fine. 2 weeks later the same thing happened at the same place on the road. A 1 1/2 mile hill, it started missing and engine light flashing just short of the top. Took it to GM they said no compression in #6 cylinder. We changed the coil and plugs but fixed nothing. The #6 plug was completely burnt off the end. I had a brand new engine put in. I have the same problem again and im getting a run around from the dealership. Does anyone have any ideals? Please help!!! Out $8000 and truck is still messed up.
