H3 Fronts & Console installed, Rear in progress

Front, Rear & console off eBay, paid more then would have liked, $800,
reasonable quality/wear & tear.

Console is not functional as yet, waiting for cable to arrive.

Originally had manual cloth, so these are significant upgrade.

Rears yet to be installed, need to arrange time with friends welding
equipment to fab a mount. Not confident on configurationa as yet. If
anyone has ideas or suggestions that would be kewl.

Could not have done it wihtout the various DIY on 355's, great resource,
thanks for the help.

Powered without ignition, need to search around for acc power only wiring.

Looks awesome and is kinda making me want to do this upgrade. Are you going to change from the column shifter to the H3 console shifter?

Yeah, planning on functional floor shift and delete column shift,
waiting for h3 Shift Cable to arrive.
H3 Shifter Cable # 15867642 --> 25800702

Might need a rubber chassis grommet where cable goes through floor...
have not found proper part as yet.

Also, Steering Column cover.
Colorado Man. Tran. Steering column Cover W/ Tilt # 10376748

Kinda funny, initially found myself trying to shift with the cable not connected, Doh!

Those seats do look great.
Hope they're more comfortable than the originals.

That looks really cool. The shifter is similar to the new rados in regards to location. Idk if ima fan of that yet. Kinda resembles a car. Either way the seats are a major upgrade from some of us with the non adjustables lol

Well I can't wait to see it can't believe you picked all that up for 800 great deal
Yeah, if you take a look on eBay for completed transactions in the advanced search you can get an indication of how much these sets normally sell for.

The shifter was not included, that was another ~$125 and the cable ~$75, then they did not include the nets on the back of the front seats which are ridiculously priced at ~100 each.

The important part is working with a reliable shipper cuz if the boxing is not done with bubble wrap or similar almost guaranteed to be damage. These arrived with blemishes in the drivers
seat from the frame gouging/moving during shipment, the shipper was nice enough to deduct $100 of price for shipping damage.
