Changed the low beams on my truck and went to adjust the aim with torx head driver and the whole head of the adjust screw snapped off . Anyone else have this happen and is that covered under warranty ? That sucks !

Well you can always remove the headlight and use some vise grips to adjust it.

Then put it back in the truck and check to see if its good.....if need be make another adjustment.

It's a 2011 V8 canyon 4x4 bought used but came with one year bumper to bumper from dealer . I'm hoping that part is covered .

Possibly...check back w/the dealer as "bumper-to-bumper" sometimes doesn't cover these small parts/pieces. They could be willing to fix it pro-bono...let us know the result - thks!

Well if your under your 1 year bumper to bumper........the headlight should be covered.

More then likey it will be a whole headlight replacement......since I do not think there is a replacement part for that.
