Installed my new hid 's and they work fine except I wanted them for the low beam and ended up with the hid for the high beam. Can I switch the sockets or should I put it back to oem and start over and try again. Not sure if the hi beam and lo beam use the same type bulb.

It's almost the same bulb but if you hooked it up to your high beams then you've gotta have your highs turned on all the time. Me personally, I'd redo it so things are the way it SHOULD be not how they ended up but it's your choice

You can put the hi beam bulb in the low beam socket, you'll just have to loosen the screws that hold the bulb down and tighten them back down after is in place.

DDM Tuning actually labelled their bulbs as 9005/9006 when I received them. Just needed to do this to mine as I got the same bulbs for low and high beam.
