Left work tonight and my passenger side HID flickered a couple times then went out. I turned the lights on and off and it flashed like it was going to come on, then went out again. I do have some moisture from a heavy rain yesterday.....could that cause it??

Hmm the moisture shouldn't really affect it too much, I'd swap bulbs and see what is causing the problem. It's possible your ballast (and/or possibly igniter) is bad. If the bulb works, you'll know you just have a blown/shitty HID bulb

I had that problem once, I just turned it off for a minute then turned them back on and they seemed to fire up no problem. Like said try swappin stuff out and see if that works.
