Pictured is the upper rear bump stop. I cut them in a v-shape with a hacksaw so it acts like a shock when it hits. With them cut like this you can run them with any rear set up untill you get really low. Then you just take them out or c-notch your frame for more suspension travel. This is about as much as you can take off before the axel hits and the bump stop doesnt hit the pad any more.

Thats cool. I cut mine off exactly 1 inch and sorta shaped it like that too.
