Mine is loud when I first start it up in the mornings, but it sounds like yours is just stuck like everyone else is saying. Wouldnt be too hard to replace.

That definitely sounds like a bad clutch to me... and it seemed like you weren't moving very fast for it being "to the floor". That fan clutch can suck a LOT of power if its not working right!
