Alignment specs can help alot. When you compete in an autox, do you end up eating the outer edge of your tire from hard turning? Some negative camber will help to get grip when pushing into the corners. Im working on getting fully adjustable camber ucas

Yea, I haven't updated this for a while. I should fix that.

Yes, the truck felt much better with the wing on the rear. It would create MUCH more downforce if I had kept it the same height all the way through. It was raining on the way down to LA and you could see how the wind was flowing over the wing, and right where I cut out the center section, was where the air would gather.
Great lets see if I can work out something similar. I have a friend with a autox track spec bmw that has a similar spoiler to that corvette I posted. He can prob help me out to see what material he used. Its that clear material like on the corvette. You know what its called? I had thought about doing it with carbon fiber but to get a sheet made to my specs it will prob be very expensive. But we will see what happens lol

Yea, probably Lexan. It's lightweight and super strong. The only other one I can think of is Makrolon which is another poly carbonate plastic, but it is much heavier than Lexan. It's used more in high end, high power stereo installs.

I'll probably be adding some bracing to my rear win this summer to make it as effective as possible.

I think my next step is probably alignment. I've got tire pressures pretty well figured out to where I don't hardly have to adjust them at an event. A little more tuning with the shock valving will help too.

I admit I did not read the whole thread (caved after about 45 minutes) lol. Awesome build!
Curious if anything ever came of the Wilwood brake kit? Specifically, the custom CNC machined rotor to hub adapters referenced on page 51

Hey, I'm not dead! Yay!

The adapters are machined from 7075 Extruded billet aluminum. It's expensive and hard to get hold of, but it's the best material to build with until you start getting into really expensive stuff. As it sits, the adapters were about $500 just in material. I saw where someone built a set out of 6061. They are physically weaker than the ones I have, but probably work just fine. I live by the motto that if anything is worth doing, it's worth over doing. When it comes to areas requiring strength I like to overbuild quite a bit.

@AceX Did you ever get the fittings for oiling the main galley? If so, did you have to get them custom made or were you able to get them from the 4200 guy?
