Beyond 4-5inch subframe lifts (rancho, cst, so forth) and body lift, not gonna get much higher. Unless youare 2wd then you can add in lift spindles.

If you are a 4x4 or 2wd torsion bar... For the front... 4 or 5 inch sub frame lift, 2 to 3 inch torsion bar crank. If your truck is 2wd coil springs then 5 inch spindles and 2.5 inch coil spacers (you will need custom UCAs for this).

For the rear... spring over axle conversion then shackles and/or AALS if needed or blocks can also be used to lift since leaf springs are on top of axle.

Add on a 3 inch body lift

if you know you want that much lift you might as well just swap a solid axle right off the start. if youre going to buy a subframe lift and a body lift, the cost will quickly add up, not to mention all the parts that youre putting more stress on.
