If you are a 4x4 or 2wd torsion bar... For the front... 4 or 5 inch sub frame lift, 2 to 3 inch torsion bar crank. If your truck is 2wd coil springs then 5 inch spindles and 2.5 inch coil spacers (you will need custom UCAs for this).
For the rear... spring over axle conversion then shackles and/or AALS if needed or blocks can also be used to lift since leaf springs are on top of axle.
if you know you want that much lift you might as well just swap a solid axle right off the start. if youre going to buy a subframe lift and a body lift, the cost will quickly add up, not to mention all the parts that youre putting more stress on.
