Hey All,

Definitely new here, but trying to locate the wiring harness and sockets for both the passenger and drivers side tail lights. I keep putting new bulbs in both tail lights only to have them burned out in a week or so. I took my truck into the dealership and they said that there is corrosion on both of them (seems fishy to have both of them corroded). I dont live in a dusty part of the country and cant seem to understand how both of these need to be replaced due to corrosion.

I've already had my truck in to resolve the factory recall of the brake switch which can cause light outages, so I dont believe that to be the problem.

I cant find any wiring harnesses for the truck as they dont sell them independently and Im even having a hard time finding new lights with the wiring harness. I've tried a few of my scrap parts places around and cant seem to find them there either. Does anyone have any suggestions on diagnosis, troubleshooting, or where I can find the wiring harness? Any help is appreciated!

If I cant locate anything with just the wiring harness I would love to see if everyone has any good recommendations for tail lights with wiring harnesses that I can buy.

:thumbup:I believe I do, but its been a very long time since I used it. I will have to dig it up and see what I can find.

Is there a chance you could dig up the part and send me a few pictures? Im pretty novice at this stuff and I want to make sure I am explaining the part that I need correctly.

Does the $40 include S&H? Really appreciate it man! I will send you a PM when I find out about the paypal account.

Yes, It took a while for the payment to actually go through cause you were considered a new member of paypal. I think I dropped them off on monday so you should see them today or tomorrow.
