Going to be lowering next month,my questions are,are the belltech coilovers worth it or should I go ball joints up front and if I drop 2 inchs in rear should I do a notch right away or can I get away without it for awhile. I have a 2004 reg cab Zq8,Thanks.

BJ's, but the coilovers are worth it if you plan on going lower later or like a firmer ride and no notch needed.

Thanks man,don't plan on going lower than this w/out bags but thats along time from now. Looking for better handling,not just looks although that IS part of my criteria.

If you want better handling I wouldn't go with BJ's on a otherwise stock ZQ8. Get the coilovers or at least a lowering spring. The BJ's are just going to make the truck sit lower with a stock ride, you're still going to have just as much body roll. Well, maybe a little less body roll but that's because you'll be rubbing tire on the inner fender.
