I got an 07, last summer painted the rear bumper. Took it off and found a crushed harness under the mount. Mine can't be the only one like this.
Yea, drivers side, between frame horn and bumper bracket. Didn't have any electrical issues at the time but it wasn't far away.
usually glitchy computer bugs come from loose battery terminals and or loose grounds or a dying battery, had all 3 problems last year

also had some body work and the harness by the air filter was being crushed by it, loosened it up and it all was back to ok, it is time consuming but you have to trace all the harnesses, sorry i am not much help, just sharing my story

did it end up being the radio messing it up ? because i have the same problem

Have you lost your turn signals or high beams? My 07 has been losing all of the things you described as well as the high beams, power windows, power locks, etc. from time to time. Its caused by the BCM going into safe mode. Im installing headlight relays soon as my HIDs are causing the BCM to think something is awry. If you have any aftermarket electronics try removing them.
