Re: Mordis Build Thread - New Exhaust.. Headers Installed!

A little update, the cat. monitor spacers with the smallest inserts didn't work it threw codes on both banks so my uncle is going to bring home his scan tool that will tell us exactly what voltage the sensor is reading then we will probably try the medium size insert and see what happens.
What codes? If it is a p2270 then you need to run no insert. I have the same spacer.

Na the codes were P0420 & P0430.
Re: Mordis Build Thread - New Exhaust.. Headers Installed!

Right on, So I haven't updated this in awhile because really I haven't done much to the truck since the exhaust. I still have the Cat DTC codes which will be gone soon and I spent most of the summer camping & working. So now that it is getting colder again it's time for more "things" and I decided to start with a big "thing"

Of course more pics will come when ever I get ready to install it, I still have to ship the PCM/TCM to Magnuson for programming then get a weekend to install it.

love it!
Re: Mordis Build Thread - Boost...? Boost!

Thanks, I'm pretty excited.
Re: Mordis Build Thread - Boost...? Boost!

Haven't really done much with this in awhile, Gonna be starting a big project on the engine soon as can be seen a couple posts ago that project has grown from a Supercharger kit to a whole lot more, but more on that later.

But for now decided to join the 3LT Registry that @FrEaK_aCcIdEnT started. Like he said in the first post there is no production numbers for 2011 which sucks but at least it's a nice list of my RPO codes.

Big Thanks to FrEaK_aCcIdEnT for pulling this info.

Ok so like I said in the last post I'm finally starting my engine project It started as just a Supercharger kit from Magnuson but then I decided since I'm in there might as well do a cam and some other things. The only thing I have bought but don't have yet is the :supermod: Deluxe Fan because after I get my PCM back from Magnuson I have to ship it to @Supermodulation along with the throttle body as well, and he is going to ship me my Fans, PCM & throttle body back. I just shipped off the PCM & TCM to Magnuson today and I'm heading out of town for a few days so hopefully it will be back by the time I get back. So anyway let's start with the parts list, then onto the pics.

Ha Thanks, mind you i've been collecting these parts for about ~8 months now so I could have been updating as I went along but figured this is more fun.

Impressive. You don't mess around.
I figure if your gonna do it, do it right.
Yup, I officially hate you now lol.

Looks like it's gonna be badass man!
Damn I'm loving this
How much power are you trying to put down?
That's a nice list of parts you got. That cam kit is priced pretty decent for what you get.

Power wise im hoping for at least 400 RWHP then ill figure out from there if I want to take it any further. And yeah that TSP kit is a decent setup, one of the factors that kind of expanded my project.

I hear ya, family will do that. Thanks for the Sub, hoping to tear into it once i get back in town.
