I have an 06 colorado and i am getting 17x7 Weld Ventura 6 wheels for the front and 17x10 in the rear. I want to go with a 235/55/17 for the front but what size tire do I need in the rear to keep the height between the front and rear even?

YOUR 235/55/17 SHOULD BE 27.2 INCHES IN DIAMETER
A 255/50/17 COMES OUT TO 27.1 INCHES IN DIAMETER , ABOUT AS CLOSE AS YOU WILL FIND
MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU ORDER YOUR WHEELS THAT THEY ARE FOR COLORADO/CANYON
AS THE BOLT PATTERN IS THE SAME, HOWEVER THE HUB INNER DIAMETER IS NOT COMMON
WITH MOST BRANDS, INNER HUB DIAMETER 100.3MM ,IM DEALING WITH IT MYSELF
AND FINDING MOST COMPANIES DONT HAVE A HUB CENTRIC WHEEL.

This is the website is use for tire size comparison. I'd take advantage of the 10 wide in the back and run something like a 305/45r17. That'd be 27.8 tall.

I have Enkei staggerd wheels 18s front 20s on the rear just came off today , dismounted tires they were old
